She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Science. Her work focuses on the collection, analysis, and reporting of educational data to support evidence-based policy and decision-making. Mandy is actively involved in national projects related to student and school level achievement such as school climate initiatives, and value-added analyses, which tracks students\u2019 progress throughout the education system. She is keen on applying data-driven approaches to real-world policy and research challenges, particularly within the Caribbean education context.
