Sonique is an MSc. Analytics student at Georgia Institute of Technology. She was awarded a National Scholarship and acquired her BSc. Physics with First Class Honours at the UWI, St. Augustine. While there, she sharpened her critical thinking skills and developed her passion for data analysis. Sonique is driven by the ability of data science to drive decision-making and is passionate about its potential to tackle issues in numerous disciplines. She hopes to apply machine learning techniques to environmental, social and medical problems. She has an eye for detail and an affinity for organization. When work is done, Sonique enjoys the pleasure of rainy days and crafting the perfect cup of tea.
