Driven by a passion for making complex ideas accessible and understandable to others, Lesley-Ann’s career journey started in Trinidad teaching math and IT and extended to a Super Science School in Japan, helping students grasp scientific concepts through cross-curriculum lessons and English language research papers in preparation for university. The theme of education and training continued through her work in the local and regional cocoa industry both privately and in conjunction with the UWI, Cocoa Research Centre and the Centre for the Development of Enterprise (CDE), facilitating the training of regional chocolatiers. Lesley-Ann is committed to using her data science knowledge to make complex data accessible and insightful for everyone.
